Meeting the need and expectations of our customers has always been the highest priority of TRIPBAM Inc. and that includes protecting the privacy of our customers and the individuals we contact on their behalf. The U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of privacy principles and frequently asked questions (the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework) to enable U.S. organizations to satisfy the requirement under the Framework that adequate protection be given to personal information transferred from the EU to the United States. We have prepared this privacy statement to describe our approach to comply with the Privacy Shield privacy principles agreed to by the European Commission.
Notice: In the normal course of our business, we collect basic contact information, such as traveler name, email address, and limited hotel information, from our customers to facilitate communication which includes lower rates found when providing hotel rate assurance. Qualified lower rates are sent using the email addresses provided by our customers. The information provided by our customers is transferred to and stored by a service provider we have engaged that is located in the United States.
Choice: It is your sole choice whether to accept a lower rate offer and to provide any information you choose. We respect all individual's right to privacy and do not want to send offers to anyone that does not choose to receive them. If you do not want to receive lower rate offers in the future, you should notify your corporate travel manager since they provided us with your information.

Onward Transfer: We use the services of third parties located in the United States to send emails and to host the website and processing servers. As a result, these third parties will have access to your email address but they are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than to provide the services requested by TRIPBAM, Inc. If we ever were to engage in any onward transfers of your data with third parties other than our agents, we would provide you with an opt-out choice to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data. As noted above, personal information you provide is transferred to and stored in the United States. We also may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
